TikTok Won't Let Me Reset My Password or Log In

I am writing to complain about a problem I am experiencing with my TikTok account, which I opened using my phone number in Nepal. For the last 10–12 days, I have been unable to reset my password and access my account. When I try to log in with the code sent to my phone, the account does not open and I cannot complete the login process. During this period, I have used TikTok’s support options and reported the problem, but the issue has still not been resolved and I have not received any effective help. As a result, I remain locked out of my account despite following the steps provided. I request that my account be recovered as soon as possible and that I be allowed to log in again using my phone number without any errors, or that clear assistance be provided to restore my access.
