I recently discovered that the Betterme app charged my credit card without my permission. Despite the fact that I purchased a trial package a month ago, they withdrew funds from my account despite the fact that I had not requested any additional services. I did not authorize any additional payments, and I demand that they cancel the subscription and immediately refund my money. It is unacceptable for them to charge me without my permission, and I will not tolerate such conduct. I contacted their customer service team and explained the situation, but no clear solution or response was provided. This unauthorized payment will not be tolerated, and I will take appropriate action if necessary. I want my money back.
