Unable to Access or Cancel BetterMe Yoga

I signed up for BetterMe Yoga as a trial and paid a promotional price, so it wasn't free. However, after signing up, I couldn’t log into the system. I tried using both the "login without password" and "reset password" options, but neither worked. I entered my email address, but I never received any emails. I want to cancel my subscription, but I can't do that either. My card is being charged automatically, and I am unable to stop it. I am requesting assistance to stop these charges immediately and help me cancel my subscription. Your prompt support on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
