Unable to Access BetterMe App Despite Annual Subscription

I have a yearly subscription to the BetterMe app, but I'm having trouble accessing my account. I have attempted to utilize the "Forgot Password" feature and other relevant support resources, but unfortunately, I have not received any email notifications to initiate the password reset process. I need help with this problem because I can't use the app that I've already paid for.
