BetterMe 'Forgot Password' Not Working

I just got the BetterMe app, but I'm having trouble logging in with my password. I consistently receive an error message stating that the password I entered is invalid. Whenever I attempt to reset my password using the "forgot password" link, I never seem to receive the reset link in my registered email. Nevertheless, deductions are being made for payments. I've been having a hard time for a while now, unable to log in or get a recovery link. It appears that they are deliberately creating obstacles for individuals who wish to cancel their subscriptions. I require a prompt resolution, otherwise I will escalate this matter to CİMER if deemed necessary.
