BetterMe Logged Me Out Automatically, Can't Access My Account

I subscribed to the BetterMe app months ago, but today I noticed that I’ve been logged out of my account automatically. I can’t remember which email I used to subscribe, and now I’m unable to log back in. If this issue isn’t resolved, I’ll have no choice but to cancel my subscription. It makes no sense for the app to log me out automatically without my control—especially when I intentionally keep my account open. This shouldn’t be happening. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

"BetterMe has been deducting money from my account for three months, but I haven't been using the app at all. I've been sending emails for three months, but my membership hasn't been canceled. Nobody has been helpful. Today, they deducted money from my account again, even though I don't use the app. I want my money back, and I want my membership canceled. BetterMe is not providing any assistance, and there's no option to cancel within the app. Very disappointing."
