I subscribed to the BetterMe app months ago, but today I noticed that I’ve been logged out of my account automatically. I can’t remember which email I used to subscribe, and now I’m unable to log back in. If this issue isn’t resolved, I’ll have no choice but to cancel my subscription. It makes no sense for the app to log me out automatically without my control—especially when I intentionally keep my account open. This shouldn’t be happening.
