Can't Find My BetterMe Subscription
I subscribed to BetterMe using the web page, and when I log into the app (with the same credentials), I cannot see my subscription. The same issue occurs when I log in on the web page. As a result, I'm unable to unsubscribe from the program if I choose to. Additionally, the customer service hasn't replied to my email.
Hello! Thank you for sharing your concern. In order to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps: Open the BetterMe app - tap More - Help - Manage subscription.
