I wanted to purchase a one-time diet plan and made the payment using my card. However, I never received the diet list I paid for. Even more concerning, they're still attempting to charge my card despite not delivering the product. This is unacceptable and feels like a breach of trust. I had to block my card from internet transactions to prevent any more unauthorized charges. I expect a full refund of my money immediately. BetterMe, I relied on your app to help me achieve my health goals, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing. Please address this issue promptly by refunding my payment and ensuring no further charges are made. I need assistance with this matter urgently.
