BetterMe Charged My Card Despite Membership Cancellation, Requesting Refund

I downloaded the BetterMe app and signed up for a free trial to explore its features. As part of the process, I had to provide my card details. After trying the app, I was not satisfied and canceled my membership.

However, to my surprise, my account was charged today, despite canceling the subscription well in advance. This is unacceptable and feels like a breach of trust.

I am requesting an immediate refund of the amount charged to my account. BetterMe must ensure that canceled memberships are properly processed to prevent such issues in the future. Please address this matter urgently and provide my refund as soon as possible.
