BetterMe App Continues Unauthorized Charges Despite My Subscription Cancellation

Please cancel my BetterMe subscription and refund the unauthorized charges drawn from my account. I previously canceled the subscription, deleted the app, and confirmed there is no active subscription listed under my Apple account, yet the charges continue. This has been ongoing for two years, and I am requesting a full refund for the unauthorized payments made during this period.
