I previously had a BetterMe subscription, but charges have been made to my card without my consent. Despite not seeing an active subscription in the app, I’m unable to cancel it. I’ve tried multiple times but have found no way to resolve this issue. The app’s menus provide no direct way to contact support, leaving me completely frustrated and helpless.

I need immediate assistance to stop these unauthorized charges and cancel my subscription. I request BetterMe to contact me directly and resolve this issue promptly. This lack of accessibility and transparency in managing subscriptions is unacceptable, and I expect BetterMe to address this matter urgently.
