Beware! BetterMe is anything but budget-friendly. I strongly discourage you from making any purchases. They take money from my card without my permission or justification every week. Initially, I thought I was enrolling in a low-cost diet program for only 8 liras. They did, however, deduct 268 liras from my account. To make matters worse, they took an additional 115 liras without my permission a week later. I demand a refund to my credit card immediately. This is not acceptable! If you've been duped by BetterMe, you're not alone. Customers have been outraged and frustrated as a result of their unauthorized charges and refusal to provide refunds. It is past time to raise consciousness and demand accountability.
