Unauthorized Charges of BetterMe and a Useless Experience


I made the mistake of purchasing a one-month subscription to the Better Me app. I really should have known better. After giving it a ten-day trial period during which it failed to meet any of my expectations, I decided to discontinue use. They charged my credit card without even asking for my permission, which completely surprised me. I'm sorry to disappoint you, but this app is completely useless. I strongly advise you not to waste your time or money on it; I deeply regret my decision. They took 234 TL of my hard-earned money without asking or obtaining my permission in any way. How dare they deduct money from my card without my permission?

I want a refund.
Hello! Thank you for your feedback. Before confirming your first purchase, each user manually chooses one of the offered plans. All of them are based on a subscription. This info is indicated on the same page where you choose a plan. After you confirm your payment, you receive a purchase confirmation letter with the very same details. If you do not agree to be billed for the full price, you can easily cancel the subscription before it renews. It can easily be done either from the app or by contacting our support team beforehand.
