BetterMe Unauthorized Charges – Membership I Never Signed Up For

I just discovered that BetterMe has been charging me 350₺ multiple times without my consent, even though I never used the app or signed up for any membership. I downloaded the app, but I never purchased a subscription, so how can they legally withdraw money from my account for a service I never agreed to?

This is completely unethical and misleading. No legitimate app should be able to charge users without their authorization. I demand an immediate refund and the cancellation of any unauthorized membership linked to my account. If this is not resolved promptly, I will file an official complaint with the relevant authorities. BetterMe needs to stop charging users unfairly!

I persevered for days without giving up and sent emails. My money was unjustly withdrawn for months. They refunded my money. Everyone who thinks there is a mistake should send an email, not give up, and explain their issue.

I will not provide positive feedback on the solution because they made me struggle for days and did not agree to a refund until the last moment.
