I'd like to discontinue my Betterme Yoga app membership. Money has been debited from my card without my authorization. I demand that my membership be revoked and my money refunded. My card has been taken ₺115 for months, despite no purchases. I assumed I was automatically subscribed when I downloaded the app, so I checked my subscriptions, but I didn't have one. I will even provide a screenshot. However, the money is already gone. I want to cancel the subscription I made through the app. You aren't sending a password reset email or a direct login link. I have been waiting for an email for an hour. I urgently require assistance in accessing the account; otherwise, I will pursue my rights through legal means. This kind of negligence is inexcusable. My only request is for the membership to be canceled, which you are unable to accommodate.
