I subscribed to the BetterMe Workout app for a 1-month trial, thinking I’d only be billed once. I made sure not to save my card information during the purchase. Despite that, the app has been charging my card ₺350 every month without my consent.
When I checked the Apple Store subscriptions, there’s no active subscription listed, so I can’t cancel it from there. I also can’t find any cancellation option inside the app itself. It’s extremely frustrating and feels like I’m being scammed. I didn’t agree to any recurring charges, and I’m completely in the dark about how they’re still charging me.
I’m asking for an immediate cancellation of whatever hidden subscription is linked to my account and a full refund of all unauthorized charges. BetterMe must fix this issue right away and stop charging users without their knowledge.

130"For about 9 months, a total of 350 TL per month was unfairly charged from my Ziraat Bank Bankkart through the BetterMe app. However, I had canceled my subscription via the App Store 7 months ago, and there is no active subscription shown on the App Store. I have not used the app at all during this period.
After noticing the situation, I tried to contact BetterMe customer service, but I couldn't find any contact number and tried to reach them via email. In response to my complaint, I was informed by email that a refund for 4 months would be issued, but only 350 TL was deposited into my account. The email address I used to create my account is: b**@gmail.com.
I request a full refund of all deductions and the complete cancellation of my subscription. I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved urgently."
