LG StanbyME 2 Registration Failed, Warranty and Installation Delayed

I recently purchased an LG StanbyME 2 27-inch Mobile TV online with order number #74000140139. The device was delivered to my address in Gölbaşı/Koparan, Ankara last week. After the delivery, I was informed that the warranty would only start once the device is registered and that I also needed to arrange installation at home. However, it has been impossible to complete these steps. I have tried to access the LG website multiple times, but each attempt asks me for a new password and even a new email address, making it impossible to log in or register the product. I have also tried to reach LG customer service by phone, but they are completely unresponsive and I have not received any support so far. As a result, my device is not registered, the warranty has not been activated, and installation has not been carried out. In this situation, I request that my LG StanbyME 2 be promptly registered and my home installation be arranged as soon as possible so that my warranty officially starts without any further delay. If LG cannot provide registration and installation in a reasonable time, I request cancellation of my order #74000140139 and a full refund.
