On July 8 at around 8 p.m., the sum of 10,000 dollars in Bitcoin was sent to my Trust Wallet address from a bitcoin machine in the United States. I have the receipt from the machine, but the funds have still not appeared in my wallet. Following the instructions from your support, I checked the blockchain for this transaction, but I could not find any record at all; there is no confirmed, pending, or even visible transaction related to this transfer.
