Samsung Coffee Machine Gift Not Delivered With My Refrigerator

I purchased a Samsung RS70F65QETTR refrigerator on 29 June 2026 from Delf Teknoloji A.Ş. because there was a sales campaign stating that a coffee machine would be given as a gift with this product. Despite fulfilling the purchase under these campaign conditions, I have not received the promised coffee machine. After realizing that the gift had not been delivered, I contacted both the store/dealer and the head office about the issue. I was informed that a file was opened and that the process was pending. However, when I ask for information about this file, I cannot reach the relevant person. Every time I call the head office, I am kept on hold for a long time, I am transferred from one person to another, and I am told that I will be called back, but I am never called back and my issue is not resolved. I request that the coffee machine, which was promised as a gift with the purchase of my Samsung refrigerator, be delivered to me as soon as possible and that the campaign conditions be fulfilled as initially stated.
