BetterMe Subscription Still Active After Deleting App—Charged Without Notice

I purchased a subscription to the BetterMe app through the App Store. After deleting the app from my phone, I assumed the subscription had been canceled and stopped using it. However, when I checked my Yapı Kredi Bank credit card statement yesterday, I noticed that charges were still being made without my knowledge or approval. A total of $55 was charged to my card—$32 and $23 in two separate transactions.

Even though I had deleted the app and believed the subscription was canceled, I do not find it acceptable that my card was charged without any notification. I have also been unable to find a clear phone number or communication channel to contact BetterMe or Apple customer service, so I cannot resolve the issue on my own. I have my credit card statements and screenshots of the charges and can provide them if needed.

I request that all amounts wrongfully charged so far be refunded to my credit card and that I receive clear confirmation that my BetterMe subscription has been fully canceled through Apple.

"Thank you for processing my refund. Subscription renewals should definitely continue with approval, as automatic billing is not a correct practice; money was withdrawn from my card even though I canceled. This is just my humble opinion, thank you."
