BetterMe Subscription Cancellation Issue – Unable to Cancel for 2 Years

I have been trying to cancel my BetterMe subscription for two years, but it simply won’t let me. Every time I attempt to unsubscribe, I either encounter an error or the process doesn’t go through. This is extremely frustrating!

I don’t use the app anymore, yet I’m still being charged. There is no clear cancellation option, and customer support is unresponsive. This feels like an intentional tactic to trap users into unwanted charges.

I demand an immediate cancellation of my subscription and a refund for the unauthorized charges. If anyone knows how to successfully cancel BetterMe, please share.

"BetterMe has been deducting money from my account for three months, but I haven't been using the app at all. I've been sending emails for three months, but my membership hasn't been canceled. Nobody has been helpful. Today, they deducted money from my account again, even though I don't use the app. I want my money back, and I want my membership canceled. BetterMe is not providing any assistance, and there's no option to cancel within the app. Very disappointing."
