Two Months of BetterMe App Unauthorized Charges and Failed Cancellations


When I first decided to sign up for BetterMe, I thought it was a great way to take positive steps towards improving my physical health and achieving my weight loss goals. After one month of use, however, I realized that the program was not meeting my needs and wanted to cancel my membership. Despite numerous attempts, it has been impossible for me to do so. In fact, despite officially canceling my subscription at the end of the first month, I have now been charged a full annual membership fee for the second month in a row! It's really frustrating because I've paid for something that I'm not using and can't seem to stop paying for – it's like throwing money away! Worse, trying to get through their customer service is an absolute nightmare – after being sent around in circles on different pages, there never seems to be an end result. If somebody could please help me cancel my subscription and receive a refund that would be amazing!
