BetterMe Membership Cancellation Problem
My intention is to cancel my membership with BetterMe. People have expressed concern in some of the comments I've read about unauthorized charges being incurred without prior notification. Because of this, I would like to request a refund in addition to the cancellation of my membership. Despite the fact that the program is installed on my computer, it will not launch. Could you please tell me what type of application this is? I'd appreciate it if you could assist me in canceling the membership. I was unable to cancel my subscription because there was no way for me to contact the customer service department. As a result, I felt compelled to express my displeasure and make my request in this forum.
