I just realized that Iyzico has been charging my bank account monthly for over a year for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for — and for an app or service I’ve never even opened or used.

There is no visible subscription in my Apple/Google account, and nothing shows up under my banking app subscriptions either. I only discovered this ongoing deduction when reviewing my bank statement this month. I attempted to trace the charge, but Iyzico does not provide any clear support contact, and there’s no information about what exact service is linked to these transactions.

This is completely unacceptable and feels like a hidden subscription trap. I demand the following immediately:

A full refund of all unauthorized charges made to my account

Immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring billing

A detailed explanation of what app/service has been deducting these payments

Transparent instructions on how to prevent future charges

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will file formal complaints with my bank, consumer protection agencies, and financial fraud departments.

This is a serious breach of consumer trust. I expect a resolution without further delays.
