On March 18, I purchased a package for Health Coaching services from BetterMe. However, I never used this service at all. Despite that, without my knowledge or approval, approximately $24 was withdrawn from my bank card (Yapı Kredi) in August, September, and October.
I contacted BetterMe by email about my refund request, but I was simply told “the refund cannot be made” and no detailed explanation was provided. In addition, they offered a partial refund and some promotions, which I do not accept. I am requesting a full refund for a service I never used.
I expect my issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for the full amount withdrawn from my account to be refunded in full.
