BetterMe Charged Me ₺1,050 Without My Consent Or Any Subscription

BetteEven though I have no membership with an application called BetterMe FZCO Spot, unauthorized charges have been made from my Akbank virtual credit card for about two months. A charge of $2 was made on December 15, 2025, and two additional charges of $2 per charge) were made on January 12, 2026, resulting in multiple unauthorized transactions.
This subscription appears to have been automatically renewed without my membership, approval, or knowledge, and I was not notified in any way.
I do not have clear information about what this application actually is. Since there is no customer number, order ID, or transaction reference visible in the payment details, I could not find any clear or accessible contact channel on the BetterMe FZCO Spot side to request cancellation or a refund. I found an app with a similar name on the Google Play Store and contacted them, but I am not even sure whether it is the same company.
Because of these unfair and unauthorized charges, I contacted Akbank. My virtual credit card was closed, and I was instructed to visit a branch and file a transaction dispute form. However, since I cannot directly reach BetterMe FZCO Spot, which is the actual party responsible, I am submitting my complaint through this platform.
I am demanding that any membership or subscription registered under my name with BetterMe FZCO Spot be terminated immediately, and that all amounts charged to my card since December 15, 2025 be fully refunded, with each unauthorized charge refunded separately and in full.
