BetterMe Fails to Provide Support as Unauthorized Withdrawals Continue

In 2024, I purchased a one-time package from the BetterMe app for about $4. After that purchase, I never used the app again, and no active subscription appears on my account. However, on November 14, 2025, I noticed that about $21 had been withdrawn from my account. The same thing happened before—there have been three unauthorized withdrawals in total this year. Altogether, this has caused a significant financial loss.

There is no cancellation or contact option within the app, and I have been unable to reach customer service. I ended up having to close my card because of these recurring charges. All of the payments were made through my Garanti Bank card in a single charge format. Every transaction was processed directly through the app.

I am requesting a full refund of all unauthorized charges. I ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
