BetterMe Charged Me Again Without Permission After 1-Month Plan

I initially made a one-time 1-month purchase on the BetterMe platform. I did not agree to or authorize any form of recurring subscription. Yet now, without my consent, another payment has been withdrawn from my account.

This is a clear violation of user trust and privacy. No one has the right to charge my account without my explicit approval. I never opted into a renewal, and there was no clear warning or reminder before the transaction took place.

I am demanding an immediate refund of the unauthorized payment. In addition, I want my account, personal information, and any related subscription to be completely canceled without delay.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will not hesitate to take further action using all legal rights available to me through my profession.
