I Face FedEx Export Error And Missing Customs Declaration

Our shipment with tracking number 870483163390, which arrived under reference number 889808350609, consisted of goods that were temporarily imported. According to regulations, a proper customs export declaration should have been prepared before sending these items back out of the country. However, we were informed that due to a FedEx error, the shipment was sent abroad without the required customs declaration.

For the past 20 days, we have been unable to reach any responsible party regarding this issue. Even our emails explaining the situation and our inconvenience have gone unanswered. This lack of communication and resolution has caused serious frustration and operational issues for us.

We request that FedEx urgently investigate this error, provide a clear explanation of how this mistake occurred, and take immediate action to resolve the situation and prevent further damage.
