FedEx Did Not Refund My Payment After Requesting Resubmission

I was told to resend my payment because I had forgotten to include the shipment reference code in the description of my original transfer. I followed their instructions and sent the payment again, this time including the shipment code as requested. However, the initial payment I made without the code has still not been refunded.

It has now been 3 months, and I am still waiting for my money to be returned. I have made every possible attempt to resolve this issue by contacting FedEx through email and phone, but I have not received any response or resolution.

I am filing this complaint against FedEx for failing to refund my payment despite their own instructions. I demand that the original payment be refunded to me immediately and that this issue be resolved without any further delay.
