BetterMe Charged More Than What I Subscribed For
In an effort to better myself, I have just subscribed to the Better Me app. Well, here's the rub. Without my knowledge or consent, they also billed me for a subscription to a personal coach. Do you really think that? Without my knowledge or consent, they withdrew funds from my account. I didn't ask for or even consider signing up for a personal coaching subscription, and here I am stuck with it. How annoying is this? I didn't agree to anything, and I want my money back immediately. They shouldn't be able to grab my money so easily.can't believe the Better Me app did this without my permission. I mean, seriously, before charging me for something I didn't want, they should have asked me first. I intend to lodge a formal complaint because this is clearly not acceptable.
