Fraudulent Payments Made Through the BetterMe App
I downloaded the BetterMe app, eager to begin a 12-week journey to a healthier me. After paying the initial fee, I was bombarded with another screen, and money was deducted from my account for coaching support without my knowledge or consent within seconds. It was aggravating and felt like a financial breach. I contacted their customer service and demanded a refund for the unauthorized charges. Unfortunately, my wellness journey turned into a financial nightmare. I never agreed to more coaching, and this unauthorized deduction has left me feeling duped and frustrated. My faith in the app has been shaken, and I'm looking for a quick resolution to get my money back.
