BetterMe Charged Me for a Membership I Never Used and Won’t Let Me Cancel

What kind of app is this, BetterMe? I never used your app, never activated any subscription knowingly, and yet you charged me for a membership I didn’t even ask for. That’s already frustrating enough—but what makes it worse is how difficult you make it to cancel.

When I tried to stop the charges, instead of letting me cancel, the app just kept showing me new membership plans and offers. There’s no clear way to end the subscription, and no transparent process to speak with customer support. It feels like I was tricked into subscribing to something I didn’t want, and now I’m being forced to pay for a service I don’t use.

BetterMe, I want this resolved immediately. Cancel my subscription, refund the money you took from my account, and stop making it difficult for users to take control of their own payments. This kind of manipulation is unacceptable.
