I canceled my BetterMe subscription months ago, yet ₺699 was recently charged to my account. The subscription doesn’t even appear in my Google subscriptions, making it impossible to manage or confirm. I emailed BetterMe support to address the issue, but they haven’t responded.

To prevent further unauthorized charges, I had to cancel my credit card entirely. This situation is unacceptable, and I will continue filing complaints until it’s resolved. BetterMe, I demand an immediate refund and assurance that no further charges will occur. Ignoring customer complaints and withdrawing money after cancellation damages trust and must be addressed promptly. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

"Thank you for processing my refund. Subscription renewals should definitely continue with approval, as automatic billing is not a correct practice; money was withdrawn from my card even though I canceled. This is just my humble opinion, thank you."
