I just got this 7-day trial ticket for the Betterme app, thought I'd give it a shot and see what it's all about. But, unfortunately, I've run into some big problems that have totally prevented me from even getting started with the app during this trial period. they went ahead and took out a monthly membership fee from my account without even asking me, which totally sucks. They just assumed without even asking or giving me a heads-up, it's not just that it makes me less likely to trust the service, but it also ends up costing me money. now I need to get a refund for the subscription fee that was charged without my permission, also quite worried about how these guys can just snap at us.
