After the cancellation of BetterMe app, it kept charging me for more than 2 months, it overcharged me nearly 300 CHF, this feels unfair and like a breach of trust. I subscripted the account on 6 Oct, and canceled it on 6 December 2024, but the app kept charging me on 02.02.2025, 26.01.2025, 05.01.2025, 29.12.2024 and 08.12.2024. Never had this experience before, and we need to take legal action on this if it can't be solved, can't imagine how much money charged so many people without stopping it. This is totally illegal. Please see the evidence below.

There are two options to subscribe to our service: via the website and App/Play Store. If you purchase our product via the website, you need to cancel your subscription directly in the app (More → My Profile → Manage Subscription).
