I Used a Betsortie Deposit Bonus, Then They Closed My Account and Erased My Balance

I’m reporting a serious issue with Betsortie that I believe other players should be aware of. I accepted a deposit bonus and made a qualifying investment on the platform. I met the rollover requirements, completed the wagering, and submitted a withdrawal request. That’s when things started to go wrong.

Without warning, Betsortie suddenly closed my account. On top of that, their customer support blocked me from reaching out for any clarification. I tried logging in from another device and gave them my username—but the result was the same: another instant block.

Eventually, they reopened my account, but now my entire balance is gone. No explanation, no warning, no communication—just a zero balance. I demand that Betsortie return the money I deposited. This is unacceptable behavior from a platform that claims to be trustworthy. I call on the company to take accountability, refund my funds, and restore transparency in how they handle customer accounts.
