On December 14th, I deposited 6,000₺ into my Betpublic account. I placed bets within the stated limits and later played in the casino, where I grew my balance to 60,000₺. However, when I attempted to withdraw, they claimed the betting limit for basketball was 10,000₺ and used this excuse to erase all my winnings—not just the portion exceeding the limit.
If the limit is 10,000₺, the system should prevent bets above that amount. Even if a mistake occurred, only the portion exceeding the limit should have been invalidated—not the entirety of my winnings. This behavior is entirely unfair. To make matters worse, a friend’s casino winnings were also erased without a valid reason.
I’m sharing this to warn others about Betpublic. They manipulate rules to suit their interests and disregard fairness. Don’t trust this platform—they clearly prioritize their gains over ethical practices. Be cautious!
