I became a member of Betpipo and started depositing and playing regularly. Over time, I lost a total of ₺300,000. During this period, their so-called VIP representative was in constant contact, offering “special treatment” and checking in regularly—no issues at all.

Then, I deposited ₺100,000 and finally had a good run, winning ₺252,000. That’s when everything changed. Suddenly, they started asking for endless documents: selfies with handwritten notes, my full ID (front and back), proof of residence, and more. I submitted all of it.

Now they’ve gone silent, saying “your documents are under review.” It’s been days with no payout, and their VIP representative has completely disappeared—no replies, no support.

I demand that Betpipo release my ₺252,000 winnings immediately. If I was good enough to lose ₺300,000 with no problem, they should honor the payout without playing games.
