“My withdrawal process has been initiated, my issue has been resolved. I thank Ms. Oya.”

I deposited money into Betpipo and managed to win ₺114,190. However, when I tried to withdraw my winnings, I received an error message saying "you do not have permission." I contacted live support, and they told me I could proceed with the withdrawal. But just as I tried again, the request was canceled.

Then came the document demands—a photo with the current date, a job number, selfie with ID, front and back of my ID, and even proof of residence from e-Devlet. I submitted everything promptly.

Now they’re telling me “your account is under review, check back later.” I have no idea what the outcome will be, and this whole process has made me lose trust in international betting sites.

I expect Betpipo to complete the review urgently and release my ₺114,190 without further delays. I fully complied with all verification steps. This stalling is unacceptable.
