Betoffice Not Responding After Possible Data Leak and Loss of $16

I have been a member of the Betoffice site for a long time, and my username is Ns4242. On December 6, 2025, I deposited $235 into the site without any issues. However, the next day, when I deposited an additional $16, I later discovered on December 8, 2025—through my own efforts—that I had actually sent this amount to a fake website, thinking it was Betoffice.

When I logged into the fake site, I saw that all of my personal information, as well as my deposit and withdrawal details, were completely accurate. Even more concerning, when I entered an incorrect password, the login failed, but when I entered my correct password, I was able to log in without any problem. This strongly suggests that my personal details, including my password, were leaked from the Betoffice system and shared with the fake site. I believe this security breach may have occurred due to negligence or an error by Betoffice staff.

After this incident, I submitted a request to be contacted by phone, but no one ever reached out. When I contacted live support, they told me they had called but I did not answer—however, I received no such call. This indicates incorrect or misleading information is being provided.

I am now facing both a personal data security issue and a financial loss. I request a refund of the $16 that was mistakenly sent to the fake site. In addition, I ask that a full security investigation be conducted regarding my account and personal data, and that I be clearly informed of the results.
