I Cannot Access My Betcio Deposit Made via Bank Transfer

Today at 22:01, I deposited funds into my Betcio account via bank transfer. My username is Y***. However, the deposited amount never appeared in my account. When I contacted customer service, they claimed that I had made the transfer to a fake site. This is impossible, as I cannot complete any transaction without the two-factor authentication code, and I made the deposit through Betcio’s official channels. I am certain there was no mistake on my end.

I have never experienced an issue like this before, and as of now, the funds have not been credited to my account. I am requesting that the deposited amount be either immediately credited to my Betcio account or refunded to my bank account. I expect an urgent resolution and a clear explanation from Betcio regarding this matter.
