I Face Betnano Refusing Promised Bonuses With Constant Excuses

I’m extremely disappointed with Betnano’s promotional campaigns. The site constantly advertises various bonuses and promotions, but actually receiving these bonuses is nearly impossible. Even though I was told I was eligible, my requests were repeatedly rejected — each time with a different excuse.

Moreover, new conditions are constantly introduced whenever I try to claim a bonus. These misleading campaigns, designed only to attract users, have completely destroyed my trust in the site. If a website promises promotions, users should be able to actually receive them.

I’m requesting that my issue be resolved and that Betnano’s misleading bonus practices be reviewed and corrected.
