I Did Not Receive My Betnano Welcome Bonus Despite New Account Registration

I am deeply frustrated with Betnano due to the way they handled my welcome bonus. They promised a trial bonus for new users, but after registering, they refused to grant it, claiming it was because of a "same IP address" issue. This is completely unfair because everything about my registration was different, and they still accepted my account without any warning or clarification during the signup process.

If they were going to use the IP address as an excuse, they should have prevented the registration from the start, not lure users in with promises of bonuses they have no intention of honoring. They even used my brother's account activity as a justification, which makes no sense. It feels like they are just making up excuses not to deliver what they advertised.

I am demanding an immediate re-evaluation of my case and the bonus I rightfully earned. Betnano should honor the promotions they offer instead of tricking new users. I expect this issue to be corrected without further delay!
