I Deposited ₺950 to Betnano but It Never Reached My Account

Last night, I deposited ₺950 into my Betnano account to place a few bets. However, the money never showed up in my balance. I contacted customer support three separate times, and each time they gave me the same unhelpful response: “It’s a bank-related issue.” But no one took real responsibility, and no one actually resolved the problem.
