I Deposited ₺200 on Betnano and My Money Didn’t Show Up

I signed up on Betnano for the first time and decided to try it out by depositing ₺200, since the site clearly stated that was the minimum amount required. But after I completed the transfer, the money never appeared in my account.

When I contacted live support, they disconnected me without even responding. Now, the live chat option has completely disappeared—I can’t reach anyone. This is completely unacceptable. I’ve used many betting sites before, and none have treated users like this.

Betnano, either credit the ₺200 to my account or refund it immediately. You’re responsible for users’ money, and ignoring customers after a failed transaction is not how a trustworthy platform should operate.
