Betnano Wrongfully Blocked My Account Over Cross Betting I Never Placed

I’ve been using Betnano for a while and have never had any problems until now. I placed a regular bet like I always do—no rule-breaking, no funny business. Suddenly, I received a message claiming I placed a “cross bet” on my slip, which is simply not true. I don’t even engage in that kind of betting, and I’m 100% confident that I didn’t do anything against the rules.

Despite this, my account was blocked, and I’m being treated like I violated their policies. I’ve even received payments from Betnano before without issues, so this accusation came completely out of nowhere.

I’m asking for a full investigation and the immediate removal of the ban on my account. I have been unfairly punished, and it’s deeply frustrating to be locked out without doing anything wrong.
