Betnano Unfairly Set a ₺5,000 Betting Limit on My Account

Betnano has placed a betting limit on my account without providing any explanation or justification. Out of nowhere, I discovered that my bet limit had been reduced to ₺5,000. I don’t understand what criteria they use to make these decisions or why I was targeted, especially considering that I’ve consistently played and, for the most part, lost money on their platform.

It’s frustrating and feels completely arbitrary. Just because I had one lucky win in the past doesn’t mean my account should be restricted moving forward. I’ve spent far more than I’ve won, so punishing me with a limit now makes no sense at all.

This kind of treatment makes Betnano seem more focused on control than fairness. If you’re going to limit users, you should at least explain why and offer a way to review or appeal the decision. Otherwise, it just feels like manipulation.

I demand the betting restriction on my account be lifted immediately or, at the very least, a clear reason be provided. I deserve transparency after all the time and money I’ve invested in this site. This isn’t how a serious platform should operate.
