Betnano Still Hasn’t Closed My Account Despite My Request

About a week ago, I contacted Betnano live support to request the cancellation of my account. The customer representative confirmed that the closure would be processed. However, even after several days, my account is still active.

There is no balance or restriction on my account, so there should be no reason for this delay. I am simply asking that my membership be canceled as requested and that the process be completed without further waiting.
