Betnano Denied My ₺24,500 Winnings and Refused to Payout

I placed a three-way football bet on Betnano and won ₺24,500. It was supposed to be my second withdrawal, but the site initially told me I could only withdraw ₺2,000 per day. Today, they called to inform me that my winnings had been erased, and they refunded only my original deposit.

This is absolutely unacceptable! Betnano blatantly took away my rightful earnings. I trusted this platform, but now I see they don't honor their players' winnings. This feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid paying users.
